Instructions
Attendees who need a Letter of Invitation to apply for a visa or for
administrative procedures can send a request to electrimacs2024@uji.es.
You must send us the following documentation:
- Copy of your passport, which must be valid to enter Spain and for a minimum period of six months from the date of entry.
- Expected dates of entry into and departure from Spain.
- Address of the reserved hotel (Attach reservation)
- Receipt of the registration payment.
- Country and current residence address
The invitation letter will be offered in both English and Spanish.
